Essays on My City | My Favorite City Essay For Students

Chandigarh is where I live. This is my home and I was born and raised here. I live in the most beautiful city in the country. Haryana and Punjab are both union territories of India and it is both their capitals.

My Favorite City Chandigarh

In fact, Chandigarh is India’s first planned city. Its origins can be traced back to the period following independence. When India was partitioned, Punjab was likewise split. Lahore, the capital of Punjab, was incorporated into the newly formed Pakistan and the state was thus left without a capital. Chandigarh was planned as a capital for Punjab. Eastern Punjab was divided into two states in 1966. As a result, it came to be known as Haryana. Chandigarh is the capital of both Punjab and Haryana.

Chandigarh City – Planned and Organized

Chandigarh is known for its well-planned cityscape. All over the world, it is admired for its design and architecture. Pt. Devendranath, the then Indian Prime Minister, had visualized it as his dream city. A special care was taken to build the building that was built by Jawahar Lal Nehru.

It was designed by Albert Mayer, a prominent American architect. This city’s architecture is credited to popular French architect Le Corbusier. In the city, there are different sectors, and each sector has its own market and residential area. There are many beautiful trees in the city. Sector 1 of Chandigarh contains the artificial lake Sukhna Lake that is the city’s main attraction. A popular spot in the city since 1958, it was created in 1958. It has been built with a systematic approach by the people of Chandigarh.

It is not just that the city is well designed, but it is also kept very clean in every aspect. You won’t find any litter around as you would in other parts of the country. The police are extremely vigilant in the city when it comes to traffic. Here, breaking traffic rules is not allowed. All levels of discipline are maintained. Here, life is peaceful and harmonious.

Sukhna Lake – My Favourite Spot

Sukhna Lake is my favorite place in the city. Every day, the place becomes more happening. Mornings here are completely different from evenings. It’s peaceful and serene in the morning because the air is fresh. There is no better place to unwind and relax. Evenings are busy with boaters and snackers taking advantage of the lake’s amenities.

Children have also been provided with electronic swings. During the evening hours, the place is bustling with activity. It’s a great place to go out with friends and family. Both early morning and evening are convenient times for me to visit the location. Whether it is peaceful, quiet or crowded, I love it all.

My city is more than just my home. It is my lifeline. I would like to live here for the rest of my life. Any other city would not be as peaceful and happy for me.

Essay on My Favorite City For Children

I moved with my father to a new city when I was a young child. We have moved as many as four times since I was a child. Until I moved to Jaipur, I never thought there would be one place I could truly call home. We moved to this place less than two years ago, but it feels like home already.

My family and I are thankful for the house we are staying in and the school I attend, as well as a neighborhood in close proximity to the markets and historical monuments. It’s an amazing place to live, but the people here are what I love the most.

There are a lot of warm and friendly people here. Our neighbor aunt is always ready to assist my mother whenever our father is traveling on official business. My best friend is her daughter, who is also friendly and as funny as she is. My school has given me great friends as well.

I also enjoy how much there is to explore in this city. Ancient monuments, beautiful temples, and bazaars full of clothes and home décor items abound here. This city has everything I love. The place I would like to call my own has finally arrived. It is my home and I would like to live here forever.

Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, is one of the most vibrant and culturally rich cities in India. It is also known as the ‘City of Nawabs’ due to its long-standing association with the Nawabi culture.

As a proud resident of this beautiful city, I can say that Lucknow has a charm like no other. From its delicious cuisine to its stunning monuments, there are countless reasons why this city holds a special place in my heart.

Historical Significance

Lucknow has a long and eventful history that dates back to the ancient times. It was ruled by various dynasties such as the Mughals, Nawabs of Awadh, and later the British. Each ruler left their mark on the city, resulting in a unique blend of Islamic, Hindu, and colonial architecture.

The famous landmarks like Bara Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and Chota Imambara are living examples of this rich heritage. Whenever I visit these places, the grandeur and craftsmanship leave me spellbound.

Rich Culture and Traditions

Lucknow is renowned for its tehzeeb (etiquette) and adab (manners). The people here are warm and welcoming, with a great sense of hospitality. The city is also famous for its ‘pehle-aap’ (you first) culture, where everyone shows respect to each other by letting others go first.

This traditional value is deeply ingrained in the hearts of Lucknowites and adds to the charm of the city. The festivals like Eid, Diwali, Holi, and Dussehra are celebrated with great fervor and unite people from different backgrounds. As a result, Lucknow is known for its secularism and communal harmony.

Culinary Delights

The cuisine of Lucknow is a food lover’s paradise. The city is famous for its kebabs, biryanis, and rich gravies that are influenced by Mughlai and Awadhi traditions. Tunday Kebabi, Galouti Kebab, and Kulfi Falooda are some of the must-try dishes when in Lucknow.

The popular street food like chaat, samosa, and jalebi also has a unique taste here due to the use of ‘Lucknawi masalas’ (spices). Every time I go out to eat in Lucknow, I am spoilt for choice and end up indulging in a gastronomic adventure.

Emerging as a Modern City

While Lucknow is known for its old-world charm, it is also rapidly developing into a modern city. The infrastructure has improved significantly with the development of malls, multiplexes, and IT parks. Many renowned universities and educational institutes have also been established here, making Lucknow an emerging hub for education.

The city’s transport system has also undergone a transformation with the introduction of metro trains, making commuting easier and faster. I am proud to see my city grow and evolve while still maintaining its cultural roots.

In conclusion, Lucknow is more than just a city for me. It is a place where history, culture, and modernity harmoniously coexist.

The people, food, and traditions make this city a unique destination that leaves an everlasting impression on anyone who visits. As the famous quote goes, “Lucknow nahi dekha toh kuch nahi dekha” (If you haven’t seen Lucknow, you haven’t seen anything).

I can attest to this statement as no matter how many times I have explored this city; there is always something new to discover and fall in love with. So if you ever get a chance, do visit Lucknow and experience its magic for yourself. You won’t be disappointed! So keep on exploring this beautiful city of Nawabs and make unforgettable memories. Paris, the city of love and lights. The very name conjures up images of romantic walks along the Seine, iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame, and mouth-watering pastries from quaint little bakeries. It’s no wonder that Paris is one of the most visited cities in the world.

But beyond the tourist attractions and Instagram-worthy spots, Paris is a city with a rich history and culture. From the art of the Louvre to the fashion houses of Champs-Élysées, there is something for every interest in this vibrant city.

In this essay, I will share with you my personal experiences and favorite things about Paris.

One of the first things that comes to mind when thinking about Paris is its food. From delicate macarons to crispy baguettes, there is no shortage of delicious treats to indulge in.

The city is also known for its fantastic restaurants, ranging from cozy bistros to Michelin-starred fine dining establishments. As a food lover myself, I couldn’t resist trying out various dishes from different parts of the world in Paris. But what truly stood out for me was the traditional French cuisine, prepared with utmost care and attention to detail.

My favorite meal in Paris has got to be escargots (snails) served with garlic butter and parsley – a dish that may sound intimidating to some, but is actually quite delicious and definitely worth trying.

Aside from the food, another aspect of Paris that I adore is its architecture. Every corner of the city seems to be filled with beautiful buildings, each with their own unique story. From the Gothic grandeur of Notre-Dame to the opulent Palace of Versailles, there is no shortage of impressive structures in Paris.

But what I find most charming are the quaint residential areas, with their colorful houses and intricate balconies adorned with flower pots. Taking a stroll through these neighborhoods and soaking in the beauty of the city’s architecture is one of my favorite things to do in Paris.

And of course, I cannot talk about Paris without mentioning its art scene. The city is home to some of the world’s most renowned museums and galleries, including the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, and Centre Pompidou. Being able to see famous works of art such as the Mona Lisa and Starry Night in person was an unforgettable experience for me.

But what I love even more is stumbling upon street art while wandering around the city. Paris has a thriving street art scene, with many talented artists showcasing their creativity on the walls of buildings and along the banks of the Seine.

Another aspect of Paris that I appreciate is its parks and gardens. Despite being a bustling city, Paris has many green spaces for people to relax and unwind in.

The Luxembourg Gardens, with its picturesque fountains and flowerbeds, is one of my favorites. It’s the perfect spot for a picnic or simply to sit and read a book while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

In conclusion, Paris is a city that captivates visitors with its beauty, culture, and charm. From the food to the architecture to the art, there is so much to love about this magical place. It’s no wonder that it remains one of my favorite cities in the world and a place I always long to return to.

Cities are the most stable social organization that has stood the test of time. A place achieves city status not only because of the sheer size of its population but also because of its territories, economic development, and political influence. Creating sustainable and resilient cities has attracted significant attention from academics, policymakers, civic groups, and the private sector over the years. This interest is spurred by pressing threats to the livability of cities, such as flooding, pollution, urban migration, and congestion. In this article, Crownhart delves into how states across the United States are experiencing unprecedented flood levels that are drowning out entire towns. While a total upgrade is urgent, it is also insanely costly.

“Building Putrajaya from scratch also afforded generous opportunities for innovation. Mahathir’s goal was to make Putrajaya Malaysia’s most eco-friendly urban centre and its most modern.”

In this Essay, O’Connell describes some capital cities we may not know of. Focusing on Malaysia, we learn that Putrajaya aimed to serve as Malaysia’s next capital during the worsening congestion in Kuala Lumpur. Now, Malaysia’s administrative and judicial capital offers the lure and peace of a sleeping eco-haven.

“A coal-mining site during the Meiji Restoration, Hashima has since been completely abandoned. All that remains of the once thriving site, are the crumbling bones of deserted buildings.”

Looking at some economic issues within cities, Bergin describes the coal mining industry within Hashima. Hashima was once a host to a thriving coal mining industry, but people abruptly left once the mine reserves had depleted. Now, the remnants of its glorious industrial past can only be glimpsed through Google images.

The social fabric is also strengthened when planners work with local communities to create new and relevant uses for old spaces such as industrial neighbourhoods.”

“As cities invest in air-quality sensors, solar-powered trash compactors, self-healing power grids and more, the opportunities for private industry are huge. Experts say there is just one problem: It’s virtually impossible to measure the return on investment for many leading-edge technologies first being put to use by the public sector.”

In the following decades, cities could be shelling out $41 trillion to build their smart capabilities to take living standards to the next level. However, a looming problem remains, and that is estimating a return from this investment. Pattani discusses the importance of building smart and sustainable cities.

“A new task force will work on designing alternative employment models such as micro jobs – temporary, task-type jobs – which can support more people to work, and increase the number of organisations that commit to being inclusive through the Enabling Mark and Enabling Employment Pledge.”

The morning and evening commute traffic adds to this on a major part as well.

Since there are plenty of opportunities for individuals, people from all around the country relocate to Delhi and with them, they bring their own culture which adds to the diversity of my city.  Although I do wish that the government would be a little more conscious of the alarming pollution levels, I still love my city with all my heart.

The city is also becoming a hub of entrepreneurs apart from its decade long-silicon industries. Bangalore is also the hub of other exciting activities in terms of travelling, retailing, healthcare sector, education sector, defence establishments, telecom and aerospace engineering divisions. The city is a home of people with mixed cultural diversities.

Introduction to Bangalore

Bangalore is the capital city of Karnataka. In India, it is the third-largest city, and globally it acquired the 27th position. The city of Bangalore is also labelled as the Silicon Valley of India. In 2009, it was ranked as ‘Beta World City by the Globalization and World Cities Study Group and Network. It contributes to one-third of India’s IT export.

The climate of Bangalore is pleasant. So, tourists mainly visit the city during winter to witness the flower blossom with vibrant colours. Bangalore is home to people from different communities and migrants from other parts of India. The town has different cuisines, religious diversity, and Hindustani and Carnatic traditions. People in Bangalore speak additional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English and Telugu.

Bangalore is famously called the Garden City because of its beautiful gardens. It is amongst the best places to hold International concerts. Bangalore follows the culture of Karnataka, and the people living in the city follow all the traditions. Bangalore Karaga is amongst the city’s oldest and most important festivals. They follow all the other festivals as well with great joy and pride.

Bangalore is also a centre of renowned colleges, academic institutions, important central government establishments, scientific and research institutes and organisations such as the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore) (IIMB), and National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).

Major tourist destinations include Cubbon Park, Botanical Garden Lalbagh, Bangalore Palace, Nandi or Bull temple, etc.

Reasons Why Bangalore Is My Favourite City

1) pleasant weather.

I love the city because of its pleasant weather. But, due to global warming, the city’s climate is seeing a change and getting hotter during the summer. There is no humidity, mostly breezy and cloudy, and you feel that slight cold most of the time.

2) Diversity in culture and food

The Bangalore culture is mixed, including South Indian and Western cultures. You will get south’s exceptional filter coffee with a fantastic aroma and dosas of different types like set dosa, masala dosa, onion dosa, etc. On the other hand, you can see a range of western eateries such as Pizza Hut, Domino’s Pizza, McDonald’s, etc.

People of Bangalore speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and more languages. So, people coming from different cities will not face any language barrier. The town celebrates most festivals like Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.

3) Safe for women

Compared to other Indian cities, I feel safe in this city as a woman. I can travel confidently in buses without getting any remarks from people. One of the reasons is that most of the crowd in the city is educated and working-class and minds their own business.

Conclusion of Essay on Bangalore

So, we can conclude the essay by saying that Bangalore is a beautiful city with a diversity of traditions, cultures and cuisines. The people of Bangalore are always welcoming and gentle. One must visit the town once in a lifetime to enjoy the pleasant weather, food, tourist attractions, etc. Bangalore also provides job opportunities for almost half of the IT crowd.

My Favourite Place Essay

A favourite Place is one where a person enjoys spending the majority of their time. Each person has a different favourite place. The only place we can go to forget all of our sorrow. It depends on what they like and are interested in. Here are a few sample essays on my favourite place.

100 Words Essay On My Favourite Place

Each of us has a favourite location where we can find fulfilment and happiness. I also have a favourite place where I enjoy spending the majority of my time. My house is where I like to be. I enjoy spending my time there. It has a lovely and tranquil environment. My house is in the centre of a city. I live with my mother, father, two brothers, and two sisters. We each have our room. There isn't a place more significant than my house, in my opinion. I enjoy being at home. It energises me and lifts my spirits. Whenever I'm at home, I enjoy myself.

My Favourite Place Essay

200 Words Essay On My Favourite Place

Everybody has a favourite location, such as a garden, a house, a playground, etc. My hometown, though, is my favourite place, and I love being in my home.

My Hometown

My town is my entire world. I was raised there. I have a lot of lovely and endearing memories of it. I used to play there with my friends and cousins during my early years. In my community, everyone is cordial. My town has many trees. I can only think of one spot where I enjoy spending time - my town. My visits home provide me with much delight and satisfaction. In my town, practically every amenity is available, and the roads and bridges are macadamized.

Additionally, the community has access to medical facilities. The local government also provides excellent maintenance for the public transportation system. In my community, emphasis is placed primarily on education. Everyone wants access to high-quality education, regardless of gender. The neighbourhood helps out with the needs of poor kids. I hold this place- My Town, in high regard.

Everyone has a distinct favourite location. It is in keeping with their preferences and interests. Similarly, my favourite location reflects my interests, and I love being at my favourite place.

500 Words Essay On My Favourite Place

My grandmother's house in my village has often been one of my favourite places to be. Everyone has always held a special place in their hearts for their grandmother's home. We spent numerous summers with our granny when we were younger. Her home appeared to stand out from the rest in some way that made it special.

Enjoyment time

I enjoy playing outside while picking fresh fruits from the trees and eating freshly prepared vegetables. Frequently, I help my grandmother sow seeds in the garden. There are several reasons why I value this place so highly. There is something incredibly unique about the house. I feel at ease and relaxed here.

Why I Love My Grandmother’s House

First of all, the atmosphere at my grandmother’s house is distinctly different. I am at peace here. There is no noise or pollution because it is in a village. Additionally, there are no traffic jams here. I always wake early so that I can go for a walk and take in some fresh air. My body and mind are both revitalised by the fresh air. My grandmother makes me a delicious breakfast. In the evening, my whole family gathers to share our life stories as our grandfather makes tea.

My grandparents' home also has a small garden with grass that is a vibrant green colour. In the garden, there are swings as well. There, we also like playing entertaining games with our relatives, including water fights. We frequently spend the evenings sitting on the roof, looking up at the stars.

Holidays At Grandmother’s House

Over the holidays, there is always a lot of laughing and playing games at grandma’s house. Uncle's loud, recognisable giggle may be heard for miles. My aunt never misses an opportunity to comment on his laughter. The living room of our grandmother's home is where she regularly can be seen sitting and gazing out the window, close to the front entrance. She sits at this location to read the newspaper daily and sip on her old-fashioned steaming black coffee.

She can lose hours watching the birds fly to the feeder next to the window in her living room. Most birds have names that our grandmother is familiar with and recognises. She never skips a chance to observe the squirrels. Everything blossoms, and there are fresh flowers everywhere throughout the summer. In our town, the natural beauty is at an all-time high, and it's impossible to keep your eyes off the stunning surroundings. A pond is located behind the house. My cousins and I go fishing in the pond.

The village's residents lead simple, healthy lives. People care for one another and are always available. They make a lot of effort to maintain the facility's cleanliness because they care about it. We always look forward to our summer vacation so we may visit Grandma and Grandpa. Anyone who has met them will attest to their humility. All of this adds up to why I love my grandparents house and why it is my favourite place.

Write an essay on "My favorite city Mumbai".

My favourite city mumbai my favourite city is mumbai. mumbai is the capital city of maharashtra & also the financial capital of india. mumbai was formerly called bombay. this is because the shiv sena party re-named and spree everything in mumbai having anything (even names) to do with england. because of this reason they also renamed the victoria terminus into “chhatrapati shivaji terminus”. the airport was renamed as “chhatrapati shivaji international airport” disregards whether international or domestic flights operate over it. not only this they even renamed the roads in the city. the name mumbai is derived from goddess mumba devi. some well-known sports of mumbai city are the prince of wades museum (the chhatrapati shivaji vastu sanghralaya), gateway of india, juhu beach, marine drive, marve and chowpatty. mumbai is a tourist spot for people located in various parts of the world. mumbai is also blessed with great amusement parks such as fantasy land, tikujiniwaadi, essel world and water kingdom. the city is mainly the home to bollywood. almost all the famous starts of india reside in mumbai in the suburbs. mumbai is that part of india which works 24x7 and never sleeps. marathi is the local language but still, hindi and english are also spoken fluently. that is why people travelling from various parts of the world do not face any kind of language constraints in mumbai like other cities in india. the temperature in the city varies throughout the year. march to june are the summer months having a maximum temperature of around 40 degree. june to october are the monsoon months with rain in its full force. november to february are the months of winter. winters are mild in mumbai because it is situated in the coastal region but the weather remains pleasant..

My topic today is my favorite city , my favorite city. Sydney is my favorite city. It is a big city located in Australia. Some people maybe thinks that the city seems ordinary and simple. However, if we compare it with other famous cities in the world, for example, the fashionable Paris , prosperous New York , historic London and so on, I am deeply convinced that Sydney is worth a visit. When it comes to Sydney, most people's impressions of Sydney are magnificent scenery and natural features.

I also learn something after seeing the "Three Sisters' Rock in Blue Mountain. I feel quite sad when knowing that these three poor sisters were transformed into rocks by a wizard in order to escape from the war, however, the wizard was dead in the wa

r. That is, the three poor girls would become rocks forever. I think that we should show our love to our family and friends all the time, because you don't know what will happen in the future. You can also enjoy the panorama by walking on air 268 meters above stunning Sydney, with the city streets erectly beneath your feet.

Look down through the glass floor viewing platform for a bird's-eye perspective of the bustling city below, and you will be amazed at the spectacle of Sydney Tower beneath your feet. What a impressive sight it is! It is true to say that the Sydney Opera House is also the most famous representative of Australia. It is designed by a Danish architect Corn Son. The roof of Sydney Opera House are made of many shells. When I stand far away the

house, it looks like a ship on the sea and I feel its grandeur. Hat' s more, the experience of embracing koalas is also delighted.

To be honest with you, if is really hard to hug koalas. First of all, you must cross your fingers, with your palms spread out flat, and then you have to try hard to hold the cute koala, because it is indeed heavier than you think it is. After that, you have to take care of its sharp claws for fear that you will get hurt. However I am excited about the experience to embrace the cute koala. SST Marry Cathedral is full of treasures and devotional objects. Around the walls of the isles are located the Stations of the Cross, painted in oils in 1885.

In the western transept is a marble replica of Michelangelo Pieta, the original of which is in Rome. This sculpture was brought to Australia for display and was later donated to the cathedral. I am fascinated with the colorful glasses and the mosaic floor. I feel peaceful at that time. What's better, when we left the cathedral, it rained so hard that I got wet all over my body. I don't mind at all because it seemed that I was baptized by God. It is such a wonderful coincidence and beautiful memory.

As far as I am concerned, traveling indeed does us good. By traveling, we can leave our worries behind. You will never understand what the local culture is actually like until you visit the place in person. In my points of view, there are many advantages in Australia as follow, for example:

environmental conservation, the high morality, tourism industry and so on. If someone asked me to recommend a city for tourism, I would not insolate to say "Sydney a good place to vaults " I nana you Tort your listening and hope you have a nice day.

My favorite place essay

My favorite place essay 21 models

My favorite place essay ,Every human being in the world has a favorite place to go where his captivity feels comfortable and safe. A place to go in times of grief. A place where he sheds his concerns or a place that may remind you of beautiful memories and you love sitting in it to remember those moments. All this will be found here in My favorite place essay .

My favorite place essay

Every man in the world has a favorite place to go.  Where he captive his mind, feels comfortable and safe. Place to go in times of sadness. A place to throw concerns away or a place that may remind you of beautiful memories and you love sitting in it reminiscences those moments. Also it may be a place to change the mood.

Sea is that horizon that takes you to another world, where you reminiscences your beautiful memories, which gives you the psychological comfort and happiness with its breaking waves.

The sea is one of the most beautiful blessings for man, which shows the greatness of the Creator.  Words can’t describe the sea beauty and charm, which is an inspiration to many poets and writers. Poems and thoughts that talked about sea are uncountable.

The beach is my favorite place. Sit down to relax and think. I also go to it to practice many activities and games.

I join my friends in playing treasure hunt in the sand, which is based on hiding various objects down the sand and writing instructions on paper cards to help others reach them.

I build sand in the form of castles, palaces and compete with my friends to choose the ideal building design.

I go with my children to the beach. I make a kite and fly it in the sky. It’s fun if you take your children with you.

When I go with my friends and relatives, I arrange a barbecue on the sea with friends or relatives and enjoy the climate while listening to music and watching the scenery.

One of the most fun activities when I’m with my friends on the beach is playing the XO game on sand. Besides playing water war or fighting water balloons, they are fun games that you can also play in the sea.

Other activity I do on the beach with my friends is the volleyball game. In particular, you do not need to be professional to practice it!

The sea has a great impact on human soul. It is a source of hope and renewed activity.

Everyone I know likes to go to the beach as a natural place to have fun and rest.

My Favourite place essay

My favorite place is the beach, where I practice my hobby of fishing, which I love very much. I feel so happy from the start of the day that I start getting ready to go out for fishing and contemplate the beauty of nature.

I find it wonderful to have a happy and fun time at the same time. I can enjoy the beach and see the water and sunset. Also take advantage of the sun’s rays and get vitamin D. And also hunting and bringing out the energy inside me.

I liked these activities very much. I think I loved it because my father shared with me, and now my younger brother comes with me to learn from me. All this helps me to continue my hobby.

I often think of trying other ways to have fun like riding a fishing boat and spending time on it. I might do that in the future.

Essay on my Favourite place

My favorite place is on stage, I love acting very much. Therefore, a few years ago, I participated in several training workshops to teach acting. I am in the school theater group.

The happiest time of my life I find when we present a work of art and the audience comes to watch the show. Everything is done perfectly, and I hear the laughter and applause of the masses.

The audience’s interaction with the actor is like food for the soul. In these moments, he becomes more focused and energetic and strives to give the best.

Then comes the time for artistic criticism that comes from family, friends, or our followers. I care a lot about hearing other people’s opinions.

I would love to hear some compliments on my work from time to time. But I would be happy if the whole work and the staff are commended.

The success of the work also represents your success. Therefore, the stage represents a lot to me, and it is my favorite place, which I like to be in on a permanent basis.

My favorite place that I enjoy spending a lot of time in is The Animal Care Association. I love animals of all kinds, I love helping them find shelter, or offering them some simple customized foods.

A year and a half ago I was able to join The Animal Care Association. I got to know them through a friend of mine. He told me about them after he saw me care a lot about animals and I love taking care of them and helping them.

Therefore, this association aroused my curiosity as soon as he talked to me about. It is a non-governmental association, which includes a very large number of people.

We volunteer a lot when calls come to the association to go and help animals, especially small ones that have lost their father and mother, or an animal that was crossing the road and had an accident. Such things I love to do.

Three months ago there was a little stray puppy on the side of the road, a person called the association and told them. We went to see what would happen, I was so worried about crossing the road and having an accident.

I was so happy when we found him on the side of the road and he didn’t cross. I cared about him a lot and played with him for a while to calm him down.

I suggested to the supervisor that we walk around the residential areas to see if we can find his parents. And indeed, after a little searching, we found his  owner was looking for him.

The little puppy lost his identification collar, which made him unidentified. We are all so happy to him to his owner again.

I find great happiness in writing because it expresses my personality and I can express my imagination. I also find strong accuracy in transmitting news or information. Also, every written thing is taken more seriously than the oral style.

So I find the library is my favorite place. I love to read literature and contemporary history and learn a lot so that I have a lot of information to help me achieve my dream in the future.

My favourite natural place essay

I find the true magic in everything from God’s creation, and no matter how much man has developed and built architectural buildings and established entertainment clubs and others that do not match the beauty of nature and the landscapes that are God’s creation.

I always find myself happier and more comfortable in the vast areas, which contain mountains and green areas, and seeing the city from the outside, and not from the inside, I feel great pressure and lack of focus when I am in the city. As soon as I go out and see the city from outside, I feel like I have put a heavy weight on my shoulders.

Therefore, my favorite place that I like to spend time in is the natural areas outside the city, which contain large areas and are not crowded.

My favorite place in the whole world is the beach. There is no specific beach I prefer to be in, what I like about the beach is the smell of the sea, seeing the sea and the water in front of me moving and forming waves.

I feel calm and psychologically comfortable when I listen to the sounds of the waves around me as I look and breathe deeply on the shore.

I don’t much prefer to swim, I do it from time to time, but I enjoy walking on the beach without shoes on my feet, walking around feeling the sand on my toes, and letting the water wet my feet, this is the most beautiful feeling I love and prefer.

Describe your favorite place essay

My favorite place is camping in the desert, seeing the yellow sand surrounding me from every side, moving away from technology and any modern gadgets, returning to barbecue using traditional methods, sleeping in tents, and talking to each other automatically and naturally without any electronic devices.

I feel comfortable and calm in such places, and I feel that my mind is taking a break from everything around me that requires focus and attention.

Being in such places helps me to feel my surroundings, and I see many things that I used to neglect to see despite my presence because I was busy communicating with my friends on the phone, or playing while I was wandering outside.

Therefore, I find that this is my favorite place that I would like to spend great times in and return to from time to time.

My favorite season is autumn because of the cool weather and beautiful foliage. After the hot and humid summer, the cool weather that autumn brings is a welcome relief. The temperature is just right, not too hot and not too cold. The air becomes crisp and refreshing, making it perfect for outdoor activities. The leaves on the trees change color and fall, creating a beautiful landscape. The red, yellow, and orange colors of the leaves are a sight to behold. I love spending my weekends exploring the outdoors during this time of year, soaking up the beauty of the season and staying active at the same time.

Finally, autumn is a special time of year because of the cozy atmosphere it creates. As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, people tend to spend more time indoors. Feature image of Short Essay on My Favourite Season

My favourite season of the year is summer. It begins in April and ends in June. During the summer season, days are long and nights are short. The skies are clear and the sun is bright. We get month-long summer vacation and can stay at home with our parents and family without having to worry about school. We usually go to visit our grandparents in the village during the summer season.

In the village, I get the opportunity to play with the neighbourhood kids in mango and guava orchards that surround my grandparents’ place. They teach me new games and I always have a great time with them. Summer is also the season of mangoes. We get to eat so many varieties of juicy, delicious mangoes.

My favourite season of the year is winter. The Winter months are very cold as the temperature drops low. It also snows in the northern, high-altitude parts of the country. We wear a lot of warm clothes and eat hot foods to keep us warm. Our metabolism increases during the winter season and thus, we can eat a lot of delicious food. Hot drinks like tea, coffee and hot chocolate are also welcomed.

During the winter season, we usually go on a week-long vacation to hill stations to enjoy the snow. I make snowmen with my parents and siblings and go ice staking as well. There, at night, we create small bonfires to warm ourselves and chit-chat with each other. Winter is also the season of festivities as we celebrate Diwali, Christmas and New Year in winter.

My mother always bakes cakes for us on Christmas and they are warm and delicious. When I don’t have school, I like staying in bed covered in a thick quilt and reading my favourite storybooks. I also go out to play cricket and badminton with my friends every afternoon as it warms my body and keeps me active. Due to the cold weather, we don’t sweat much and can play for a long time. Because of all these reasons, I like the winter season.

Out of the four predominant seasons, my favourite is the monsoon or the rainy season. It starts to rain heavily all over the country by July. As it rains, the water washes away all the dust from plants and trees, making them look green and beautiful again. As the rain hits the dried-up ground, the smell of wet earth fills the atmosphere and makes our hearts dance.

New seedlings begin to sprout and grasses and plants begin to grow all around us. Our surroundings are covered in green and look very mesmerising. As India is an agricultural country, the rainy season is very important for us. Rains irrigate fields and help crops grow. Without rain, most of our major crops will fail, causing loss of business and even starvation. As my grandparents and uncles are farmers, I have experienced the joy that the rainy season brings to farmers very closely.

I also like the rainy season because when it rains heavily, I do not need to go to school. Sometimes, even my parents take leave and then our whole family gets to enjoy the day together. My mother makes delicious fritters with tea which we enjoy while playing board games like ludo and carrom. My father is very fond of flowering plants and we have a lot of plants in our garden. During the rainy season, our garden looks majestic with hundreds of blooming flowers in many different colours.

My friends often come over to my house and we enjoy playing in the garden when the rain stops. We make paper boats and put them in water puddles. Sometimes, we also compete to see whose boat would go farther. Sometimes our parents allow us to go outside when it is raining and then, we enjoy jumping in puddles, getting drenched and playing in rain. It is very fun to play in the rain. After that, my mother makes hot soup for us to warm us up.

When it rains at night and electricity is cut, we get to enjoy our food in candlelight. After dinner, we go straight to bed and tell each other ghost stories. I and my siblings always try to scare each other. When it rains for days, I like to sit by the window and read my favourite books while watching the rain. The rainy season is very special for me and when it ends in September, I wish for it to come quickly next year.
