آلودگی کے اثرات:-

دنیا کے ہر ہجوم صنعتی شہروں کی ترقی نے ماحول میں آلودگی پیدا کر کے بڑے مسائل پیدا کر دیئے ہیں۔ ان شہروں کی فیکٹریوں اور لوگوں کی آلودگی چھوٹے علاقوں میں کھلے عام پھینک دی جاتی ہے۔جس سے زہریلی گیس بن کر فضا ء میں مل جاتی ہے۔ اس آلودگی نے دریاؤں اور جھیلوں کے پانی کو بھی متاثر کیا ہے اور لوگ مختلف بیماریوں کا شکار ہوچکے ہیں ۔ آٹو گاڑیوں کے مضرد ھوئیں اور زور دار آوازوں سے لوگوں کی وقوت سماعت کم ہو رہی ہے۔ فیکٹریوں سے نکلنے والا زہریلا دھوا ں فضائی بیماریاں پیدا کرتا ہے۔ٹرانسپورٹرز اور صنعت کاروں کا یہ کہنا ہے کہ ہم عوام کو سستی ٹرانسپورٹ مہیا کرتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو ملازمتیں فراہم کرتے ہیں ۔ کھاد سے زمین کمزور ہو جاتی ہے۔ لیکن کیڑے مار نے والی ادویات تیار کرنے والوں کا کہنا ہے کہ فصلوں کو نقصان دینے والے کیڑوں کو مارنا ضروری ہے تاکہ فصل کی پیدا وارمیں اضافہ ہو۔

زہریلے پانی سے آبی جانور مر جاتے ہیں۔ فضائی آلودگی سے قدرتی حسن خراب ہو جاتا ہے۔ بھارت میں تاج محل کے قریب کیمیکل تیار کرنے والی فیکٹری سے نکلنے والا زہریلا دھواں اس تاریخی خوبصوت عمارت کے حسن کو خراب کر رہا ہے۔ کاروں سے نکلنے والے دھوئیں میں نائٹروجن آکسائیڈ گیس شامل ہوتی ہے ہائی پریشر کمپرسن انجن میں گیس سے اٹھنے والا دھواں زیادہ زہریلا ثابت ہوا ہے۔

فضائی آلودگی:-

3 دسمبر 1984ء کو بھارت کے شہر بھوپال میں کیڑے مارنے والی ادویات کا دھواں اور زہریلی گیس کے خارج ہونے سے 3000 افراد ہلاک ہو گئے تھے۔ اس قسم کے حادثات امریکہ میں بھی ہوئے۔ امریکی ریاست ورجنیا میں کیمیکل فیکٹری سے زہریلی گیس کے خارج ہونے سے 100 افراد لقمہ اجل بن گئے تھے۔فضائی آلودگی سے آنکھوں اور پھیپھڑوں کو سخت نقصان ہوتا ہے۔ بعض حالتوں میں کینسر جیسے موذی مرض کے بھی لوگ شکا ر ہوئے ہیں۔ بعض مختلف بیماریوں کے باعث مرگئے۔ زہریلی فضائی آلودگی سے قیمتی اور نایاب پرندے بھی ہلاک ہو گئے کئی جانور بھی مر گئے۔ ان کی تعدار بھی کم ہو رہی ہے۔ کئی شکاریوں نے بعض خوبصورت پرندے اور نایاب جانور پکڑ کربلیک مارکیٹ میں بھاری معاوضہ کے عوض فروخت کر دیئے۔

آسڑیلیاں کا لمبی دم والا 4 رنگ کا خوبصورت طوطا (MACAW) 20,000 ڈالر میں فروخت ہوتا ہے۔ مڈغا سکر کاکچھوا (PLOWSHARE) بھی 20,000 ڈالر میں ملتا ہے۔ بعد نایاب قسم کے پرندے اور جانور 50,000 ڈالر میں فروخت ہوتے ہیں۔ اتنا بھاری معاوضہ دینے والوں کا کہنا ہے ۔ کہ کم نے اس قسم کے جانور اور پرندوں کی نسل بچانے کیلئے یہ رقم دی ہے۔ اتنی رقم دینے والی امریکی سرمایہ کار اور برونئی کے شاہ ہیں۔ ماحولیاتی آلودگی اور اوزون کی تہہ سے خلا کے باعث ہماری زمین تک پہنچنے والی الٹراوئلٹ شعاعیں ہماری فضاء کو خطرناک حد تک گرم کر رہی ہیں۔ جس سے دنیا کی حرارت میں ایک ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ اضافہ ہو چکا ہے ۔ اگر یہی حالت رہی تو جانوروں اور پودوں کو نقصان پہنچے گا۔ انسانوں میں جلد کا کینسر پھیل جانے کا بھی امکان ہے۔اگر قطب جنوبی پر برف پگھلنا شروع ہو گئی تو یہ خوفناک سیلابوں اور طوفانوں کا سبب بنے گی۔

اسلام آباد میں ماحولیاتی آلودگی پر انٹرنیشنل سیمینار میں اس امر کا خدشہ ظاہر کیا گیا ہے کہ ایشیاء کے چند ممالک بے حد متاثر ہوں گے ۔ سمندروں میں پانی کی زیادتی سے سری لنکا اور کرچی پانی میں ڈوب جائیں گے اور بنگلہ دیش کا کچھ حصہ کاکسس بازار اور میمن سنگھ کے علاوہ سلہٹ کے ڈوب جانے کا بھی امکان ہے ۔ اس آلودگی میں نائٹروجن ڈائی آکسائیڈ ، گند ھک ، کاربن مونو آکسائیڈ اور کلورو فلور کاربن شامل ہیں ۔ ان زہریلی گیسوں کی وجہ سے ہم پھیپھڑوں کی سوزش ، کالی کھانسی ، نمونیا اور انفلوئنزا جیسے خطرناک امراض کا شکار ہوسکتے ہیں۔ عالمی ادارہ صحت کی رپورٹ کے مطابق دنیا کے 80 کروڑ افراد کو ہوا میں سلفر ڈائی آکسائیڈ کی غیر معمولی مقدار کا سامنا ہے۔ رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا ہے۔ کہ فضائی آلودگی کے باعث تین ہزار افراد کینسر کا شکار ہو کر اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو گئے۔

شور کی مضراثرات:-

آواز ہماے کانوں میں میکانی توانائی کی لہروں کی صورت میں داخل ہوتی ہے۔ آواز کی شدت کی پیمائش ڈیسی مل کہلاتی ہے۔ 90 ڈیسی مل تک آوازیں نقصان دہ نہیں ہوتیں ۔ اس سے زیادہ بلند آواز نقصان دہ ہوتی ہے۔ قریب سے زیادہ زور وار آواز سماعت کو ختم کر سکتی ہے۔ جس کا کوئی علاج نہیں ہے اور مریض کو اعلیٰ سماعت کا استعمال کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ شہروں میں موٹر گاڑیوں کی آوازیں ، جہازوں کی آوازیں ، کارخانوں میں مشینوں کی آوازیں ، میوزک کنسرٹ آوازیں 120 ڈیسی مل تک پہنچ جاتی ہیں۔ جو خطرے کا باعث ہیں ۔ یہ آوازیں ہوائی حملے کے دوران بجنے والے سائرن کی آواز کے برابر ہیں آوازیں بلڈ پریشر اور دل کے مریضوں کیلئے خطرناک ہیں ۔ شور کے ماحول میں رہنے سے ذہنی دباؤ تھکن ، سانس کی تکلیف اور نیند میں کمی کی بیماریاں جنم لیتی ہیں ۔

پانی کی آلودگی:-

دو عالمی جنگوں کے تباہ کن اثرات کی بنا پر جرمنی میں لوگ عام نلکوں کا پانی نہیں پیتے ۔ اس پانی سے پاقی ضروریات پوری کرتے ہیں۔پینے کیلئے سارہ منرل واٹر یا لیمن واٹر کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ جرمن ڈاکٹروں کا کہنا ہے کہ فضایہ آلودگی اور جنگی اثرات ابھی تک جرمنی کی زمین میں شامل ہیں ۔ فضائی آلودہ پانی دیکھنے میں صاف نظر آتا ہے۔ لیکن اس میں جراثیم ہوتے ہیں ۔جو باعث تکلیف ، بیماری اورر موت کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔ جرمنی کی کیمیکل اور دیگر فیکٹریوں سے خارج ہونے والے مضر پانی میں فیکٹری ایریا سے باہر خارج ہونے سے پہلے ایسے کیمیکل ڈال دیے جاتے ہیں جو فضا میں خطرناک آلودگی کا باعث نہ بن سکیں لیکن یہ احتیاط دوسرے کی ملک میں نہیں کی جاتی ۔

فضا آلودہ پانی سے ہیضہ ، پیچس اور دیگر بیماریاں لاحق ہوتی ہیں۔ بعض ممالک میں پانی میں کلورین شامل کی جاتی ہے۔ تاکہ زہریلے جراثیم مر جائے ۔ فضائی آلودہ پانی سے تیراکی اور کشتی رانی کرنے والی بھی متاثر ہوتے ہیں ۔ بعض مقامات پر آ بی جانور ہلاک ہو جاتے ہیں۔ بڑے ہوٹلوں اور دیگر مقامات پر تیراکی کے پول پر نہانا مضر قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ بعض لوگ جلد کی بیماریوں کا شکا ر ہو گئے ۔ غیر ملکی مرد، عورتیں ، عریاں لباس میں نہاتے ہیں'ان کے جسموں سے مختلف بیماریوں کے جراثیم پانی میں شامل ہو جاتے ہیں ۔ پو ل پر نہانے کے بعد گرم پانی سے معیاری سوپ کے ذریعے غسل کرنے کی ہدایت دی گئی ہیں۔

حفاظتی تدابیر:-

• ماحولیاتی آلودگی کے بارے میں لوگوں کو آگاہ کیا جائے۔ اخبارات معلوماتی فیچر لکھیں۔ ریڈیو، ٹی وی ماحولیات پر پروگرام ترتیب دیں۔ ٹی وی پر پروگرام کا وقت رات 8 بجے کے ڈرامہ سے پہلے مقرر کیا جائے۔ اس پروگرام میں بڑے سائز کے شاپنگ بیگ میں کوڑا کرکٹ مقررہ جگہ پر پھینکتے ہوئے دکھایا جائے۔
• نوجوانوں کو ماحولیاتی تعلیم دی جائے۔
• آلودگی پر کنٹرول کرنے کے بارے میں ماہرین کے لکھے ہوئے مضامین پر مبنی لڑیچر فراہم کیا جائے۔
• علاقے میں فضائی آلودگی ختم کرنے کیلئے زیادہ سے زیادہ لوگوں کو شامل کیا جائے۔
• کارپوریشن کے عملہ کو ہر علاقہ سے روزانہ کوڑا کرکٹ اکٹھا کرنے پر سختی سے عمل کرایاجائے۔
• محلہ کمیٹیاں بنائی جائیں جو اپنے علاقوں میں صفائی کی نگرانی رکھیں۔ یہ کمیٹیاں پاکستان کے دیہاتوں اور شہروں میں ہر علاقے میں تشکیل دی جائیں ۔
• محکمہ ماحولیات کے کارکن باری باری ہر علاقے میں جاکر لوگوں کو ماحولیاتی آلودگی کے نقصانات سے آگاہ کریں۔ نئی تجاویز دیں اور لوگوں کو خود اس مسئلے پر عمل کرنے کی ترغیب دیں۔

You can define the environment as the sum total of all the surroundings of a living organism. It includes the physical and chemical elements and other natural forces. Everything around you makes up your environment. It is the natural world in which humans, animals, plants, and hundreds of thousands of other creatures live and reproduce.

According to P. Gisbert, there are four types of environments, namely, natural, artificial, social, and psychological. Marshal Jones talked about three kinds of environment, that is, physical, social, and cultural. Kimbal Young divided the environment into two types, viz. geographic and socio-cultural.

Environmental pollution refers to the contamination of the natural surroundings with different pollutants that cause adverse change. Environmental pollutants include chemical substances, heat, noise, and light.

Based on the type of pollutant, there can be several types of environmental pollution. They include air pollution, water pollution, thermal pollution, light pollution, noise pollution, visual pollution, soil contamination, littering, and radioactive contamination. Here the visual pollution refers to open storage of trash and solid waste and the presence of motorway billboards and overhead power lines.

A report published in "The Guardian" in 2017 claimed that global pollution is killing around 9 million people a year and that it is threatening the survival of human societies. According to the landmark study, toxic water, air, soil, and workplace kill millions of people and incur the loss of trillions of dollars every year.

The toxic or polluted environment causes diseases which kill one in every six individuals around the world. The deaths resulting from pollution are triple those from tuberculosis, malaria, and AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) combined.

The poorer nations are the ones most affected by pollution-related deaths. For example, pollution is responsible for a quarter of all deaths in the countries, like India, Madagascar, and Chad. The modern forms of pollution are affecting the developed countries, like the US and Japan. Chemical pollution and fossil fuel-related air pollution are some of the modern forms of pollution.

آلودگی کے اثرات

آلودگی کی وجہ سے لوگ اور ماحول مختلف طریقوں سے متاثر ہو رہے ہیں۔ آلودگی کے سب سے زیادہ تسلیم شدہ برے اثرات یہ ہیں۔

• صوتی آلودگی کا شکار لوگوں کو سماعت کے مسائل، ہائی بلڈ پریشر، نیند میں خلل اور دیگر مسائل کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔
• فضائی آلودگی کی بلند سطح کی وجہ سے گلوبل وارمنگ میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ انسانوں کو سانس لینے میں مشکل ہو رہی ہے۔
• جانوروں اور پرندوں کی بہت سی اقسام ختم ہونے کے بلکل قریب ہیں پر ہیں۔
• آبی آلودگی کی وجہ سے پانی کے اندر موجود مخلوقات متاثر ہورہی ہیں۔
• فصلوں میں استعمال ہونے والی کیڑے مار ادویات کینسر اور دیگر خطرناک بیماریوں کا خطرہ بڑھا رہی ہیں۔ مٹی کی آلودگی میں مسلسل اضافہ زمین کو برباد کر رہا ہے۔

آلودگی کی اقسام

آلودگی کی مختلف اقسام ہیں جو ماحول کے مختلف حصوں کو متاثر کرتی ہیں۔

• مٹی کی آلودگی

آلودگی کو کیسے کم کیا جائے؟

آلودگی کے نقصان دہ اثرات کو جاننے کے بعد، ہمیں جلد از جلد آلودگی کو روکنے یا کم کرنے کا کام کرنا چاہیے۔ فضائی آلودگی کو کم کرنے کے لیے، لوگوں کو گاڑیوں کے دھوئیں کو کم کرنا چاہیے جس کے لیے لیا جا سکتا ہے۔ اگرچہ یہ مشکل ہو سکتا ہے لیکن تہواروں اور تقریبات میں پٹاخوں سے پرہیز کرنا فضائی اور صوتی آلودگی کو بھی کم کر سکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، ہمیں ری سائیکلنگ (Recycling) کی عادت کو اپنانا چاہیے کیونکہ تمام استعمال شدہ پلاسٹک سمندروں میں پھینک دیا جاتا ہے جو پانی کو آلودہ کرتا ہے۔

نتیجہ (Conclusion)

اس کا خلاصہ یہ ہے کہ آلودگی کی تمام اقسام خطرناک ہیں اور ان کے سنگین نتائج ہیں۔ ہر فرد سے لے کر صنعتوں تک سب کو تبدیلی کی طرف قدم اٹھانا چاہیے کیوںکہ اس مسئلے سے نمٹنے کے لیے مشترکہ کوششوں کی ضرورت ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، ایسی انسانی سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے جانوروں کی معصوم جانیں ضائع ہو رہی ہیں۔ لہٰذا، ہم سب کو اس زمین کو آلودگی سے پاک کرنے کے لیے کام کرنا چاہیے۔

5) آلودگی قومی نہیں بلکہ عالمی مسئلہ ہے۔

6) ری  سائیکلنگ (Recycling) کرنا آلودگی کو روکنے کے لیے بہترین طریقہ ہے۔

7) تیزابی بارش (Acid Rain) اور گلوبل وارمنگ (Global warming) آلودگی کے نتائج ہیں۔

8) آلودگی ہمیشہ جانوروں اور انسانوں پر منفی اثر ڈالتی ہے۔

9) آلودہ ہوا اور پانی انسانوں اور جانوروں میں بہت سی بیماریوں کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔

10) ہم ماحول دوست وسائل کا استعمال کرکے آلودگی کو روک سکتے ہیں۔

Pollution can be defined as the presence of harmful and poisonous substances (pollutants) in the environment that have detrimental effects on the life, health, growth, and wellbeing of humans, animals, birds, marine life, and other living beings. In simpler terms, you can put is as the contamination of the environment because of the human activities.

آلودگی سے مراد ماحول میں ایسے نقصان دہ اور زہریلے مادوں کی موجودگی ہے جو انسانوں، جانوروں، پرندوں، سمندری مخلوقات ااور دوسرے جانداروں کی زندگی، صحت اور افزائش پر خطرناک اثر ڈالتے ہیں۔ سادہ لفظوں میں آپ کہہ سکتے ہیں انسانی سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے ماحول کا گندہ ہونا آلودگی کہلاتا ہے۔

Pollution is the main problem of the so-called most-modern age. There is a natural envelope that protects the air, water, and land of the earth. It is called the biosphere. It has the natural capability to dispose of the human wastes. But for the last fifty or sixty years, human wastes have been so great in amount that the biosphere cannot dispose them of properly. The result is the contamination of the environment or pollution.

آلودگی نام نہاد ‘مابعد جدید’ زمانے کا ایک اہم مسئلہ ہے۔ زمین، ہوا اور پانی کے گرد ایک قدرتی حفاظتی غلاف ہے۔ یہ بائیو سفیئر یا کرہ حیات کہلاتا ہے۔ یہ انسانی فضلات کو ٹھکانے لگانے کی قدرتی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔ لیکن پچھلے پچاس سے ساٹھ سالوں میں انسانی فضلات اتنے زیادہ مقدار میں پیدا ہوئے کہ کرہ حیات اس کو مناسب طور پر تحلیل نہ کر سکا۔ جس کے نتیجے میں ماحول گندہ ہو گیا اور آلودگی پیدا ہو گئی۔

Scientists have realized that pollution is a threat to the health of living beings on our planet. The main causes of pollution are the massive, uncontrolled increase in population, industrial expansion and the excessive use of automobiles. All these factors are producing wastes in such huge quantities that the environment stands over-polluted. Natural dispersing and recycling processes cannot always keep pace.

سائنسدانوں نے اس بات کا کھوج لگایا ہے کہ آلودگی ہمارے سیارے پر موجود جانداروں کی صحت کے لیے ایک خطرہ ہے۔ آبادی میں بہت زیادہ، بلا روک ٹوک اضافہ، صنعتی پھیلاؤ اور گاڑیوں کا بہت زیادہ استعمال آلودگی کی بڑی وجوہات ہیں۔ یہ تمام عوامل اتنی بڑی مقدار میں فضلات پیدا کر رہے ہیں کہ ماحول حد سے زیادہ آلودہ ہو چکا ہے۔ قدرتی تحلیل اور دوبارہ قابلِ استعمال بنانے کے طریقہ کار ہمیشہ بڑھتی ہوئی آلودگی کا سامنا نہیں کر سکتے۔  

What further worsened the problem was the appearance of synthetic substances. These substances dissolve with extreme slowness. Some of them do not dissolve at all. Plastics, fibers, organic pesticides, such as DDT, industrial chemicals, and their wastes are such substances. This type of garbage and toxic chemicals have polluted the land and have mixed with the surface water and the underground aquatic reserves.

مصنوعی مادوں کی آمد سے مسئلہ مزید بگڑ گیا۔ ان مادوں کی تحلیل کا عمل بہت سست ہوتا ہے۔ ان میں سے کچھ تو تحلیل ہوتے ہیں نہیں۔ پلاسٹک، ریشے، نامیاتی کیڑے مارادویات جیسا کہ ڈی-ڈی-ٹی اورصنعتی کیمیائی مادے، اور ان کے باقیات کچھ ایسی چیزیں ہیں (جو تحلیل نہیں ہوتیں)۔ اس طرح کی گندگی اور زہریلے مادوں نے زمین کو آلودہ کر دیا ہے اور سطحی پانی اور زیرِ زمین آبی ذخائر میں شامل ہو گئے ہیں۔

Industrial waste products mainly contain sulfur dioxide and various nitrogen oxides. These airborne industrial wastes and automobile emissions combine with atmospheric moisture can cause acid rain and dirty air. Acid rain is the form of precipitation containing high levels of sulfuric or nitric acids. It contaminates water, damages vegetation, and kills life in water.

صنعتی فاضل مادوں میں زیادہ تر سلفر ڈائی آکسائیڈ اور مختلف قسم کے نائٹروجن آکسائیڈ ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ ہوا میں موجود صنعتی فضلات اور گاڑیوں سے نکلنے والا دھواں ماحول میں موجود نمی سے ساتھ میل کر تیزابی بارش اور گندی ہوا کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔ تیزابی بارش ایک طرح کی بارش ہے جس میں سلفیورک اور نائٹرک ایسڈ کی بہت زیادا مقدار ہوتی ہے۔ اس سے پانی آلودہ ہو جاتا ہے، نباتات کو نقصان پہنچتا ہے اور آبی حیات کا خاتمہ ہو جاتا ہے۔

Smog is the combination of smoke and fog. It is very common in industrial cities of the East and West. The worldwide use of pesticides has poisoned wildlife.

سموگ دھوئیں اور فوگ کے ملاپ سے بنتا ہے۔ یہ مشرق اور مغرب کے صنعتی شہروں میں بہت عام ہے۔ دنیا بھر میں کیڑے مار ادویات کے استعمال سے آبی زندگی کو زہریلے مادوں کا سامنا ہے۔

Highly toxic radioactive wastes from nuclear power installations are causing diseases that have no cure at all. This pollution is resulting in numerous health problems, such as cancer, birth defects, genetic changes, weak eyesight, defective respiratory system, chronic headaches, fatigue, irritability, and digestive disorder.

ایٹمی بجلی گھروں سے خارج ہونے والے انتہائی زہریلے نیوکلیائی فضلات ایسی بیماریاں پیدا کر رہے ہیں جن کا علاج ہی نہیں ہے۔ یہ آلودگی بہت سارے صحت کے مسائل پیدا کر رہی ہے جیسا کہ کینسر، پیدائشی بیماریاں، جینیاتی تبدیلیاں، نظر کی کمزوری، ناقص نظامِ تنفس، دائمی سر درد، تھکاوٹ، بے چینی اور نظامِ ہضم کا عارضہ۔

The environmental pollution of today is the direct offshoot of scientific progress. The use of the scientific method in the industrial field is producing air pollution, water pollution, and noise pollution. No doubt, science has given man the command of huge machinery, but everywhere there are big factories and heavy industrial units emitting lots of poisonous materials in the air. The result is that we do not have fresh air to breathe in.

آج کی آلودگی سائنسی ترقی کا ہی ایک براہِ راست شاخسانہ (شاخ) ہے۔ صنعتی میدان میں سائنسی طریقہ کار کے استعمال سے فضائی آلودگی، پانی کی آلودگی اور شور کی آلودگی پیدا ہو رہے ہیں۔ بلاشبہ سائنس نے انسان کو بڑی بڑی مشینوں پر اختیار دیا ہے لیکن ہر جگہ بڑے بڑے کارخانے اور بھاری صنعتی مراکز ہوا میں بہت سارے زہریلے مادے خارج کر رہے ہیں۔ اس کی وجہ سے ہمارے پاس سانس لینے کے لیے اب تازہ ہوا میسر نہیں۔

The waste products of these industries drain into the nearby wells, canals, and rivers, and reach the sea. The pollution is killing wildlife on one hand and on the other causing various diseases among human beings. These diseases have a crippling effect on the suffering humanity. There is no cure for most of them.

ان کارخانوں کے فاضل مادے قریبی کنووں، ندیوں اور دریاؤں میں شامل ہو جاتے ہیں اور سمندر میں پہنچ جاتے ہیں۔ ایک طر ف تو آلودگی آبی حیات کا خاتمہ کر رہی ہے انسانوں میں بہت ساری بیماریاں پیدا کر رہی ہے۔ یہ بیماریاں دکھی انسانیت کو اپاہج کر رہی ہیں۔

No doubt the traffic on road speaks of the progress that man has made because of science, but it causes air pollution as well as noise pollution. Noise pollution is also caused by the big industrial units. Those who work in factories suffer from countless psychological diseases because of the unbearable noise of machines. Scientific progress has damaged our peace of mind.

بلاشبہ سڑک پر گاڑیاں اس ترقی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہیں جو انسان نے  سائنس کی بدولت کی ہے لیکن یہ فضائی اور شور کی آلودگی پیدا کر رہی ہیں۔ بڑے صنعتی مراکز بھی شور کی آلودگی پیدا کرتے ہیں۔ کارخانوں میں کام کرنے والے لوگ مشینوں کے ناقابلِ برداشت شور کی وجہ سے بے شمار نفسیاتی بیماریوں کا شکار ہو رہے ہیں۔ سائنسی ترقی نے ہمارا زہنی سکون برباد کر دیا ہے۔

If proper measures are not taken to put an end to the menace of environmental pollution, mankind and other creatures will suffer a great loss. To stay health, we should keep our planet clean.

اگر ماحولیاتی آلودگی کی مصیبت کو ختم کرنے کے اقدامات نہ کیے گئے تو انسانوں اور دوسری مخلوقات کو اس کا خمیازہ بھگتنا پڑے اور بہت نقصان اٹھانا پڑے گا۔ صحت مند رہنے کے لیے ہمیں اپنے سیارہ زمین کو صاف رکھنا ضروری ہے۔

The best way to save humans, other creatures, and nature from the hazards of environmental pollution is to simplify our lifestyle and decrease our dependence on industrial and nuclear outputs. Also, we need to redefine our priorities. We should not risk the lives of future generations for our trivial, temporary luxuries.

انسانوں، دوسری مخلوقات اور فطرت  کو ماحولیاتی آلودگی کے خطرات سے بچانے کا بہترین طریقہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنے طرزِ زندگی کو سادہ کریں اور صنعتی اور نیوکلیائی مصنوعات پر انحصار کم کریں۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمیں اپنی ترجیحات کو بھی بدلنا ہوگا۔ ہمیں اپنی معمولی اور عارضی آسائش کی خاطر آنے والی نسلوں کی زندگی کو خطرے میں نہیں ڈالنا چاہیے۔

اس سبق میں میں مختلف طرح کی آلودگیوں اور خاص طور پہ صوتی آلودگی کے متعلق آگاہی دی گئی ہے۔ اتوار کاروز تھا نیلوفر اور اس کس بھائی عادل گھر تھے جبکہ ان کے والدین گھر کا سامان خریدنے بازار گئے تھے۔

اس دوران عادل کو مستی سوجھی اور اس نے نیلوفر کے سمجھانے کے باوجود اونچی آواز میں ریڈیو پہ گانے بجائے۔ںیلوفر اپنا غصہ پی کر رہ گئی لیکن اس نے والدین کے گھر آتے ہی عادل کی شکایت لگائی۔

عادل کی والدہ نے اسے ڈانٹا اس کے والد اسے بلا کر سمجھانے لگے کہ اب وہ بڑا ہو چکا ہے چوتھی جماعت میں ہے اس طرح اونچی آواز میں شور مچانے سے شور وغل اور صوتی آلودگی میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔

عادل نے جب سوال کیا کہ صوتی آلودگی کیا ہے تو وہ کہنے لگے کہ اونچی اور تیز آواز سے پیدا ہونے والی آلودگی کو ہم صوتی آلودگی کہتے ہیں۔جو ہمارے کانوں اور دماغ پر برا اثر ڈالتی ہے۔ساتھ ہی انھوں نے بتایا کہ انسانی صحت کے لیے ہر طرح کی آلودگی نقصان دہ ہے۔جیسے کہ فضائی آلودگی سے فضاگندی ہوتی اور سانس میں دشواری پیش آتی ہے جبکہ ہماری آنکھوں ، پھیپھڑوں اور جلد کو بھی اس سے نقصان ہوتا ہے۔

عادل نے پوچھا کہ یہ آلودگی کیسے پھیلتی ہے تو وہ بتانے لگے کہ بیٹے ناسمجھ اور خود غرض لوگ ہی آلودگی پھیلانے کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔قدرت نے ہمیں زندہ اور صحت مند رہنے کے لیے صاف ہوا ، صاف پانی، پیڑ پودے اور پرسکون فضا کی نعمت سے نوازا ہے۔

یہ سب مل کر ہماری زندگی کو بہتر اور خوشگوار بناتے ہیں۔ لیکن انسان اپنے ماحول کو پیڑ پودوں کو کاٹ کر ، دھواں اور زہریلی گیس اگلنے والے کارخانے لگا کر،شور پیدا کرنے والی مشینیں اور سامان بنا کر اپنے ماحول کو آلودہ کرتے جارہے ہیں۔ اس سےہماری صحت اور زندگی پر برا اثر پڑ رہا ہے۔

عادل نے صوتی آلودگی کی روک تھام کیلئے ترکیب پوچھی تو انھوں نے بتایا کہ ہمیں آواز کی آلودگی کی روک تھام کے لیے اپنے آس پاس کا شور کم کرنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ مثلا تیز آواز سے ریڈیو، ٹی وی اور ٹیپ ریکاڈر وغیرہ نہیں بجانا چاہیے ۔ غیر ضروری طور پر گاڑیوں کے ہارن نہیں بجانا چاہیے ۔ جس پر عادل نے نہ صرف اپنی غلطی کی معافی مانگی بلکہ دوسروں کو بھی اس سے آگاہ کرنے کا وعدہ کیا۔

اونچی اور تیز آواز سے پیدا ہونے والی آلودگی کو ہم صوتی آلودگی کہتے ہیں۔جو ہمارے کانوں اور دماغ پر برا اثر ڈالتی ہے۔

قدرت نے ہمیں کن کن نعمتوں سے نوازا ہے؟

قدرت نے ہمیں زندہ اور صحت مند رہنے کے لیے صاف ہوا ، صاف پانی، پیڑ پودے اور پرسکون فضا کی نعمت سے نوازا ہے۔یہ سب مل کر ہماری زندگی کو بہتر اور خوشگوار بناتے ہیں۔

آواز کی آلودگی کو کم کرنے کے لیے ہمیں کیا کرنا چاہیے؟

ہمیں آواز کی آلودگی کی روک تھام کے لیے اپنے آس پاس کا شور کم کرنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ مثلا تیز آواز سے ریڈیو، ٹی وی اور ٹیپ ریکاڈر وغیرہ نہیں بجانا چاہیے ۔ غیر ضروری طور پر گاڑیوں کے ہارن نہیں بجانا چاہیے۔

انسان اپنے ماحول کو کس طرح آلودہ کر رہا ہے؟

انسان اپنے ماحول کو پیڑ پودوں کو کاٹ کر ، دھواں اور زہریلی گیس اگلنے والے کارخانے لگا کر،شور پیدا کرنے والی مشینیں اور سامان بنا کر اپنے ماحول کو آلودہ کرتے جارہے ہیں۔ اس سےہماری صحت اور زندگی پر برا اثر پڑ رہا ہے۔
